The revolutionary new CMF-EV platform integrates an ultra-flat 60 kWh battery pack and a compact 160 kW electric motor. The optimized weight distribution, the extended wheelbase, the completely flat floor and the very low center of gravity improve agility and increase the space on board.
Resulting from Renault's research and development expertise and with up to 470 km of autonomy (300 km with the 40kw battery), the 100% electric Megane E-Tech accompanies you on all your journeys.
As for the new electric motor, the same compaction effort – the air conditioning motor, for example, is also packaged in the cradle of the block –, together with a clear commitment to lightening weight – it weighs 145 kg, which is 10% less than the do Zoe -, but not in power: according to Renault, this new engine allows the electric Mégane to announce 160 kW (218 hp) of power and 300 Nm of maximum torque, along with an acceleration capacity from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds. This, without forgetting the ability to reach 14,000 rpm!
Interior
A striking cabin not only for its spaciousness and generous comfort, with seats in leather or recycled synthetic material, but mainly as a result of a strong technological component, materialized, from the outset, in a new and impressive cockpit.
