The battery of the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class plug-in has a capacity of 25.4 kWh. Surprisingly higher than that of some 100% electric cars. The combined power is 313 hp with 550 Nm of torque, resulting from the combination of the 2.0 l four-cylinder gasoline engine with 204 hp and the electric one with 129 hp. The new version will only be available with the 9G-Tronic automatic transmission.
In addition, it has the possibility to charge at a speed of up to 11 kW in AC current, and 55 kW in DC current.
The novelties also focus on the ability to recover up to 100 kW of energy when braking, and reach 140 km/h in 100% electric mode.
