The Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) powertrain/trainset consists of a 2.0-litre Si4 4-cylinder petrol engine, 221 kW (300 hp) and 4WD, as well as a 105 kW (143 hp) electric motor. . Drive in Parallel Hybrid or EV mode.
All our engines provide a dynamic driving experience. The Range Rover Velar is available as a petrol, diesel or plug-in hybrid vehicle. The 8-speed automatic transmission has been precisely calibrated by Land Rover engineers to combine smooth shifts with exceptionally quick response. With eight gears in close ratios, gear changes are almost imperceptible.
