The Ioniq Plug-in Hybrid has an average reference consumption of 1.1 l/100 km according to Hyundai's indication. The Korean saloon, in electric mode, has a range of up to 63 km, thanks to the 8.9 kWh battery. The 141 hp extracted from the 1.6 l engine and the electric unit, allow a maximum speed of 178 km/h, performance in line with the standard of similar plug-in proposals.

The IONIQ Plug-in combines a battery-powered 44.5kW electric motor with a specially calibrated direct injection petrol engine to deliver a combined 141hp and 265N m of torque. If you add a smooth dual-clutch gearbox and a lightweight, high-strength body to this dynamic package, you get an exhilarating driving experience. The IONIQ Plug-in has a purely electric driving mode thanks to its motor and battery pack. It can also be driven in hybrid mode, switching seamlessly between the petrol engine and the electric motor, depending on the driving situation.
